Return times are always approximate and shown as “about”.

Departure with at least 4 paying riders
You can book just one place. The departure is confirmed when 4 paying riders are reached; children in child seats ride free and do not count towards the minimum.

Automatic confirmation
Morning tours: checked at 18:00 the day before. Sunset: checked at 12:00 on the same day.

If the minimum is not reached
We immediately offer you another departure or a full refund.
Simple terms
Clear cancellation policy
These terms apply to the four standard tours. Custom tours and collaborations are governed by the terms stated in the quotation.
Request cancellation on WhatsAppFull refund up to 24 hours
Cancel up to 24 hours before the scheduled departure time to receive a full refund.
Less than 24 hours and no-shows
Cancellations made less than 24 hours before departure and no-shows are non-refundable.
If we cannot operate the tour
If the guide deems the weather unsafe, the minimum group size is not reached or we cancel the tour, choose a new date or a full refund.
The tour is a leisure activity booked for a specific date. The statutory 14-day withdrawal right does not apply under Article 59 of the Italian Consumer Code. The more favourable cancellation terms stated above remain valid.

FAQ
Before you ride
Do I need to be fit?+
No. Routes are suitable for everyone and follow cycle paths or asphalt. The e-bike reduces effort.
Can I choose an e-city or e-MTB?+
Yes, add your preference when booking. Assignment depends on availability and participants’ heights.
What if the weather is unsafe?+
We offer a new date or a refund. Safety always comes first.
Do children pay?+
Children weighing 9 to 22 kg ride in a child seat free of charge; we can accommodate up to 6 per departure and a child helmet is included at no extra cost. Young riders and adults may ride their own e-bike from a minimum height of 165 cm.
Can I cancel my booking?+
Yes. You receive a full refund when cancelling at least 24 hours before departure. Cancellations within 24 hours and no-shows are non-refundable. If we cancel, choose a new date or a full refund.
